Is The Healthiest Sport Cycling?


Sport bikes become a popular choice among many in the developed and developing countries. But actually how good the exercise bike for health, especially if you have not been exercising? Whether swimming or gymnastics with a variety of amenities to be a better alternative?

When calculating the amount of calories burned, exercise bike is not really a pretty ideal choice.

"If you compare running and cycling with the same intensity, same height, running burns more calories because you have to move your body mass continuously. But this is like comparing apples and oranges," said Professor Jamie Timmons from Loughborough University in England.
