Out of the box: Easy to assemble. Stickers are easily removed, but leave behind a lot of adhesive. Easily taken care of with goo gone, olive oil, etc. I noticed that the front tire was off by half an inch. I Spent some time truing it and found that 3 spokes were bent. I don't know if it was damaged from the shipping (the box was pretty banged up). Back tire was off by 4mm, where the spokes were undamaged

Everything about the bike is perfect for the price range, the only thing you should do is adjust the brakes and align the brake pads and your good to go. Oh, and I would also probably want to upgrade the tires as they are cheap and too fat for my liking.
